Vendor Policy & Compliance

VENDOR & VENUE POLICIES -

Catering Policy: In-house catering available; outside catering is also permitted. Includes a dedicated catering prep zone with 3 service rooms. Non-vegetarian food is allowed.

Music & DJ Policy: DJ and live music setups are permitted in both indoor banquet halls and outdoor lawn spaces.

Decor & Setup Policy: In-house decor available; outside decorators permitted. Any specialized setups or heavy power/utility requirements beyond standard package inclusions will be billed separately.

Cleaning Policy: Event venue cleaning charges are billed separately on a per-day basis.

Property Damage Policy: Any physical or electrical damage caused to hotel property, furniture, lighting fixtures, or garden landscaping during the event is strictly chargeable to the host/organizer.


PAYMENT & BOOKING TERMS -

Booking Confirmation: Dates are officially confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance deposit.

Payment Schedule: 50% advance payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the full remaining balance to be cleared prior to event check-in.

Taxes & Levies: All applicable government taxes (GST) and statutory levies are charged extra over the package price.

Additional Usage & Add-Ons: Extra guest rooms, extended venue hours, additional hotel staff, or utilities requested beyond the agreed contract will be charged separately at actuals.
